iLan Azoulai (Director | Producer | Camera Operator | Editor): An Israeli native, both a Director and Composer, he has over fifteen years experience directing digital production for music, video and documentary projects. He is the director and founder of a Technology & Multimedia consultancy firm whose clients include Harvard University, OXYGEN Network and Post-Production Studios. iLan assumed both directorial and advisory roles for all phases of the multimedia production process, including pre/production/post, Music production, network administration, technical production management and post-production coordination and development.
iLan provided post-production and technical direction for the documentary film THE MOSQUE IN MORGANTOWN, which aired nationally on PBS in June 2009, and won Best Documentary in the Asian American Film Festival. The music, which was composed by Kareem Roustom, was nominated for an Emmy on September 27, 2010
As a camera man, iLan served as a lead camera operator for CCTV (Cambridge Television); and filmed relief efforts for an Israeli NGO (NATAN) and a Haitian NGO (PRODEV). In March 2010 iLan escorted representatives from both NGOs to Haiti, and documented their rehabilitation activities in Port-au-Prince, Cité Soleil and Pétionville. In 2010, iLan’s footage on Haiti aired as a part of a global campaign in the Israeli media to bring awareness to the growing development in Haiti after the quake.
Oreet Rees (Writer/Story Editor): Oreet Rees has been working for over 20 years in the film industry as a film editor on award winning trailers for major motion pictures and on documentaries that deal with social justice and the human shadow.
Most recently, Oreet edited ‘Playground” a 90-minute documentary about the child sex trade in America; co-directed and edited “King Leopold’s Ghost” garnering multiple honors at festivals worldwide, and “Withdrawal from Gaza”, about the 2005 Israeli evacuation from the Gaza Strip.
At present, Oreet is pursuing PhD studies in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Tamir Shapira (Editor): Tamir Shapira, an accomplished film and video editor and director, received his BFA in Television and Film from Tel-Aviv University in Israel in 1997. Tamir has worked for more than a decade as a multi-source editor for television productions, reality shows and special events, video performances, video art and multimedia events for museum exhibitions, and has served as a consultant for a variety of films and video performances.
In 2009 Tamir edited several projects for the American Film Academy. A tribute short film about Thalberg awarded producer John Calley, which was presented at the Oscar event. He also edited the videos for the 2009 Emmy award show on CBS.
In 2008, Tamir edited the multimedia exhibit: Anyone Anytime Anywhere, Understanding the threat of terror, which is held in Denver (www.thecell.org). Also, he was the editor of Geek My Pad - a full TV pilot presentation of a doco Reality show (www.imagelinemedia.com/GMP).
In recent years Tamir co-directed A Blessing to One Another, a multi-media exhibition about Pope John Paul II and the Jewish People, which was nominated for the 2006 EMI Award, and is currently having a successful run in major American museums. He was also the director and editor of Those Who Dream, a video screening for a musical about the life of Yitzhak Rabin, the assassinated Israeli Prime Minister. Tamir also directed and edited Lead IT, the introductory video for the NESS Technologies Inc. Leadership Event, where Rudy Giulliani was the keynote speaker.
In 2004 Tamir directed and edited Dream Flight, a 50-minute documentary about fulfilling the dreams of children with cancer on a trip to USA, which was broadcast on Israeli National Television and won an award at the 2004 Iowa Hardacre Film Festival. In addition, Tamir served as multi-screen senior editor of Shayke Dan, a 30-minute documentary in 3 screens for The Diaspora Museum in Tel Aviv; he directed The Olympic Spirit, a road-show video event for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens; and he editedPeace Odyssey, a multi-media event that took place in Bucharest, Romania in 2001 and was directed by Emir Kusturica.

She has shot narrative and documentary features and shorts, music videos, live music, commercials, PSAs, reality TV, corporate events, and web series.
